IBS DataFort, provider of IT outsourcing services in the Russian market, extended the contract for technical support of equipment in regional points of advertising demonstration for Video International Group (project VI-Plasma). New contract has been signed in February 2009. This contract covers 250 maintenance points in 31 cities of Russian Federation.   

Video International Group is the largest media advertising market operator in Eastern Europe providing professional media advertising outsourcing services. Video International actively develops its business in regions. In 2007 company announced a tender for regional IT infrastructure support, which could provide advertising content broadcast. Having a network of authorized service centers IBS DataFort won this tender.

Due to the terms of agreement IBS DataFort provides preventive technical maintenance of computing engineering sources including customization and testing computers, tests of their proper running and installation of routers set by clients' specialists in the points of Video International advertisement demonstration. In case of equipment outage IBS DataFort specialists provide its' efficient recovery by remote connection or repair at the place of an outage.

When repair works are impossible, equipment which is out of order is changed for new equipment already set and ready for installation. For such cases funds of extra equipment were formed and now managed by specialists of IBS DataFort.

Additionally, due to clients' requests IBS DataFort delivers services of equipment connection to detached telecommunications network of Video International. Moreover outsourcer provides update of advertisement content in the points of broadcast.
