IBS DataFort, provider of IT outsourcing services in the Russian market, finished the project which mission was to create unified information and telecommunication environment for regional branches and central office of IBS Platformix. Since June 2008 IBS DataFort also accomplishes the support and service maintenance of lap tops and PCs, printers, peripheral devices, network and telecom equipment of IBS Platformix.

First regional branch of IBS Platformix ran in January 2008 in Tyumen and then offices were opened in Yekaterinburg, Nijnii Novgorod, Novosibirsk and Saint Petersburg. The goal set for IBS DataFort was to create such environment for employees that it wouldn't differ from one in the central office. To archive this goal company provided a single corporate network, centralized IP-telephony system, single maintenance service for PCs and users. Access to information resources of IBS Platformix was granted.

When IP-telephony system was being installed there were done the measurements of networks' loading. With the help of these results requirements to regional service providers were fixed and networks with necessary level of throughput capacity were reserved. IP-telephony solution is organized on a base of internetwork displays Cisco ASA 5505 and universal device Nortel Business Communication Manager BCM50e. Equipment setup has been done in Moscow beforehand. Delivery, connection and setup of telecom equipment and setup of PCs and periphery devices were done in short period by regional service centers specialists under control of IBS DataFort. 

Administration and support of network, telecom equipment and users' workplaces are done in remote mode from IBS DataFort office in Moscow. In case of necessity there's foreseen a prompt arrival of regional service center specialists. All services are provided with unified guaranteed high quality level which doesn't depend on geography of company branches.
