IBS DataFort, provider of IT outsourcing services in the Russian market, extended the contract for technical support of IT infrastructure and users of Center of Strategic Research, which actively participates in the intermediate term socio-economic programs development.

The sufficient part of recent reforms in Russia is initiated by the Center of Strategic Research (CSR), which is known as the “Reform Headquarters” in the professional community. The most well-known project of CSR is the creation of Russia’s Socio-Economic development strategy till 2010. This research has given the conceptual basis for the strategic Government documents published henceforward.

The regular expert activities, which include seminars, discussions, working meetings and brainstorms, need the high level of the IT infrastructure. So, in 2006 IBS DataFort was chosen as the external service provider to permit the IT infrastructure support.

IBS DataFort specialists have built the correct IT processes, have provided the communication between the IT providers and users, which had risen the total level of the IT literacy in the organization. Now IBS DataFort administrates information systems of CSR, including installation of hardware and software, users support and consultations, mantling, dismantling and moving of hardware.

It should be mentioned that on April, 2009, IBS DataFort extended the contract of the support of the IT infrastructure with the Central Machinery of Federal Labor and Employment Service (Rostrud). The first relationship between IBS DataFort and Rostrud is dated by 2006.
