On September 25, 2001 IBS and Integral Solutions Corporation (ISC) from USA signed a Partnership Agreement according to which DATA FORT is awarded ISC’s Reseller status and the right to sell and lease out via Internet ISC’s software product, namely, SupportWizard.

SupportWizard falls into the categories of Call Tracking System and Help Desk. A variety of integrated solutions facilitating the operation of user-support services’ information systems, enhancing the efficiency of the personnel and minimizing time-out, can be built around SupportWizard. Many global companies including Sun Microsystems, MySQL, Chevron Overseas Petroleum, Delaware Investments, 3COM, and others have already appreciated the advantages of the product.

The leasing of the SupportWizard from DATA FORT yields substantial savings in costs. For instance, for a 10-user year license (which is also available from DATA FORT) you pay $6,270. On the other hand, for an ASP lease of SupportWizard they charge $550 per month which amounts to $6600 a year. In other words, the customer gets the entire range of DATA FORT services for $330 per year or for $2,75/user/month.

SupportWizard is already deployed and widely used in on-line support of all DATA FORT customers enabling them to solve various problems through multichannel access (e-mail, telephone, fax, Internet).
