On September 11, 2001 IBS company and Corus Consulting company, which is an official distributor of Comshare Inc., have signed the Memorandum of partnership.

Within the signed document companies plan to combine their efforts and experience in the field of design, development and implementation of analytical control systems in order to promote Comshare Inc products among enterprises of Russia, CIS and the Baltic States.

MPC Comshare (Management Planning and Control) is a complex automation system for budgeting, planning, accounting consolidation and management analysis. The distinctive features of the MPC-class systems produced by Comshare Inc. are reasonable value, availability of the corporate implementation methodology, which ensures successful implementation no longer than three months, and the interface easy in mastering and accessible even for users without experience.

IBS considers this partnership as the next stage in development of automation solutions package for “middle-market” organisations, where ERP Navision Attain system and the CRM Siebel system have already been included.

DATA FORT is planning to become ASP-partner of Corus Consulting and to lease the MPC Comshare systems via the Internet or virtual private networks.
