The DATA FORT user support system is intended to provide maximum simplicity and convenience at solving different technical problems and satisfying the information needs.
The system requires no installation of any special software. Through an Internet browser the customer gets the access to his personal page containing the information on provided services, experts’ consultations, the complete set of contract documentation, opportunity to obtain more than 500 reports on various parameters, the data base of possible solutions and other useful information.
We guarantee the delivery of “trouble ticket” message concerning the problem with a notification that it was successfully received by DATA FORT experts, as well as we ensure the necessary security level. If the user, nevertheless, prefers to use a habitual telephony, he is offered to use Inquiry Processing Center, which ensures round-the-clock technical and information support.
