IBS DataFort Hardware Support Services include warranty and post-warranty repair, extended maintenance, setting up service warehouses and replacement inventories for hardware vendors, help desk hot lines and other services to meet all customer needs.
Warranty Services
- At service centers: receipt of requests and faulty hardware, assessment of warranty eligibility and hardware service conditions; filling out the service list; troubleshooting; repair and testing, packaging (if a package has been provided by customer)
- On customer's premises: request receipt and registration; assessment of warranty eligibility and hardware service conditions; preliminary troubleshooting, agreeing repair lead time and form; visit to the hardware site, assessment of hardware eligibility for warranty repair; troubleshooting; repair or replacement; hardware delivery to the service center and return to the customer (if necessary)
Post-Warranty Services
Is your hardware not eligible for warranty repair? Or do you require higher level of warranty service? We are ready to offer Post-Warranty Services or modify the terms of warranty services. Post-Warranty Services provided by IBS DataFort in Moscow include Incident and Subscription Services.
Incident Services
- Repair of computers, monitors and other hardware with an expired warranty period that is no longer eligible for warranty services provided by the service center
- Hardware installation at our site or visits to customer's site
other than as provided by terms of warranty
- Upgrades or preventive maintenance at the service center
IBS DataFort Post-Warranty Services is not provided on customer's site if the customer is an individual.
Subscription Services
IBS DataFort is ready to provide maintenance Subscription Services for all your entire hardware stock. The benefits of maintenance Subscription Services at IBS DataFort are:
- No need to look for a provider to perform a one-off repair
- Protection from the risk of repair failure by reason of unavailable spare parts
- Compliance with the specified repair lead time as all required
parts are reserved in advance
- Service terms similar to or better than warranty terms
Only computers that are operational as of the effective date of the contract are eligible for Subscription Services. IBS DataFort warranty commences immediately upon expiry of the manufacturer's warranty.
